The Suntoucher is our new low arch, low volume insole. Using the same construction and materials as our flagship Cascadia insole, the Suntoucher is 30 percent lower volume in the heel and arch, while maintaining the same amount of cushioning and support. If you have a low arch, or a sensitive arch, or proverbial flat feet, the Suntoucher is the one.

The Suntoucher is our low arch cork insole, made to keep your arch elevated and help mitigate foot pain caused by maladies like plantar fasciitis. And this is key: our insoles come in full size runs for women and men. No silly unisex sizing. No trimming. No fuss. If you wear a half size shoe, we generally recommend you round up to the nearest whole size. Done. That's it. Plug and play victory for your feet.
